It’s the kind of place where you start the day with a strong black coffee, some good tunes playing low, and the city slowly waking up outside your window.

If you love the laid-back buzz of Mérida’s downtown afternoons and lively nights—gallery openings, live music, cafés where time stretches, and late cochinita tacos in Santiago—this spot might just feel like home.
