The house has internet as well as two comfortable rooms, a pool with a filter system, a dining room, and a kitchen with all the necessary basics: stove, refrigerator, oven, and utensils. Garage with parking for one car, 1 desk, and for an additional amount on the deposit we include a kayak during your whole rental! The house is located near local fishermen’s kitchens that sell fresh seafood, it is also close to beautiful areas such as the Chuburna Dunes, Puerto Progreso, Chelem, and the beach boardwalks. In flamingos season Chuburna Puerto has the charm of giving us a setting for some of the most beautiful photos of the Yucatecan coast. Casa Paan is a relaxing beach house to enjoy life.

We are excited to have you and we know you will have a fun time in Chuburna!
Here are some rules and instructions to follow:
RULES:
-No smoking is allowed of any kind on the premises.
- Small pets are allowed with an additional $1,000.00 MXN deposit.
-Please put the household trash in the pink bin outside when that bag is
full, please dump it in the outside bin for pick up, (no loose trash in the
outside bin please).
-When you are drinking outside of the house, using plastic glasses is safe
for everyone.
-Make sure you lock all the doors when you leave and turn off AC units if
you are planning to be gone for a long time.
-If something is not working please let us know immediately.
-There is a shower next to the pool. Please rinse before entering the pool.
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Internet password is the last serial number in the back of the modem.
If you don’t find it here is the password: casaPAAN2022.
-If you are planning to stay for more than a week it is possible that you
will meet the pool guy, we will let you know when that happens.
-there are beach chairs under the beds in the blue bedroom.
-The mosquito screens are removable, you can always put them aside
if it is not practical for you.
