Terrakota Cancun, is a Development that was born from the idea of bringing long-term urbanization to the Agricultural area of the Municipality of Isla Mujeres, favoring the economic and social development of the territory that was once occupied by Hacienda Santa María and that, given the need to to have more spaces to live in in the future, it was decided to divide into 10 stages of INVESTMENT LOTS.

The Terrakota development is located 14 km northwest of downtown Cancun, so the closest beach is approximately 20 linear km to the east of the state (starting from Terrakota) and the International Airport will be 28 linear km away, starting from our lots.

These investment lots are excellent for people who want to build their heritage and live close to the beautiful beaches of Cancun as well as all its tourist attractions. Due to what has already been built in the hotel and coastal areas of Cancun, it is anticipated that urban development will be inland, towards the land area.
