Agave Ranch and Business with Cenote - opportunity of a lifetime on this 220 Hectare (550 Acre) ranch to maintain the growth of the 100,000 agave plants and use the business structure and Mexican trademarks to produce agave liquor. Tens of thousands of new plants are produced each year and there are plenty of fields to expand the production. Only 50 acres have been planted so far. These fields have never been sprayed with herbicides and only treated organically. They are weeded by hand with machetes and weedeaters and sprayed with nutrients and organic pesticides.
The owners have been managing the trained Mayan crew and are present in the winter months to show the ranch to prospective buyers/partners by appointment through our office.

Located less than 20 miles south of Valladolid, a wonderful small city between Merida and Cancun just off the toll road. The owners are Americans integrating into Valladolid and who own another ranch adjacent to the Agave farm, who are very excited about producing an organic 100% agave azul trademarked agave liquor but just can’t do it alone - they need to sell the ranch and business or find a partner. 

The owners have been managing the trained Mayan crew and are present in the winter months to show the ranch to prospective buyers/partners by appointment through our office. 

They are open to many possible ways of doing this transition. Owners can stay involved as needed but they just can’t afford to continue the project. If you want the agave ranch without the Mexican registered business of Organica Maya and our Mexican registered trademarks, then you can make an offer accordingly. Business comes with Ford crew cab, tools and more.

This is a long term project to grow the agave to maturity. The present fields of 100,000 plants, not including the babies, at maturity will produce approximately 600,00 750ml bottles of 100% agave azul liquor, and the fields will then be replanted. Other fields can be planted with another 200,000 babies. Young forest can also be planted with many more hundreds of thousands of plants, allowing the business to keep expanding. Potential for profit in the millions and more….

There is infrastructure on the ranch for having sheep, a sink hole for building a pond and raising fish and a cenote with plans to make an existing little island in the cenote into a safe family underground patio with a safe swimming area.
